Dr. Madhura Jayasinghe is attached to the Department of Food Science and Technology - University of Sri Jayewardenepura, who currently conduct research and lectures on subject areas of human nutrition, dietetics and nutritive food product developments. His research work has been published in several international and national journals and has received several research awards in international forums. He has contributed by writing several book chapters on Food Production Technologies, which are currently being used as a guidance by government school teachers in Sri Lanka.
