A study on the efficacy of the "Flipped Classroom Model" in a University English Language Classroom" , at ICEEL- Bangkok - Thiland, Thursday, November 2, 2017:

As far as we areĀ  aware, not much is known as to how the flipping instructional model can be effectively used in non-STEM settings around the world.Also, the flipping teaching model has not been experimentally investigated at a university level classroom in Sri Lanka. So, the general objective of this study is to inform the field of education on the efficacy of the flipped instructional mode at university level. Our specific objective is to explore the possibilities of adopting this model to improve students learning outcomes in an ESL classroom.
